best stay ever!
friendly staff delicious food peaceful garden
the staff was super friendly and helpful! i arrived late, yet a delicious food tray awaited me in my spacious room. the hotel gardens are a peaceful escape. the pool and bar served great food and drinks! the courtesy bus was super convenient for trips into town, but taxis were also readily available.
though the location was perfect! the parking was expensive. i feel that this could be more affordable .

The outdoor pool features a jacuzzi, with plenty of sun loungers available. The hotel also includes a fitness center! the gardens contain a diverse collection of plants and a resident giant tortoise, a great spot for a morning walk.

The staff provided really good service from arrival to departure. They were always smiling and attentive. reception readily assisted with directions and activity recommendations. The hotel offers a shuttle service to town during the day, a super convenient amenity.

Breakfast included a wide array of fresh fruits and hot items! dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The menu included many regional specialties. the bar offered various cocktails, beers and wines. It's a perfect location to unwind.

wonderful relaxing stay
dietary needs special welcome beautiful gardens shuttle car
the staff accommodated my dietary needs efficiently. breakfast had a lot of choice. the welcome was special from the start. i had a lovely room over looking the gardens. they include a giant tortoise named colombo. he wanders around happily. the house is kept very well. the shuttle car was a bonus.
the quality and quantity of the dinner food wasnt what it once was. there were no more starters at the menu. there was only amuse bouche and ordinary soups. many fish dishes were pretty tasteless.

the outdoor pool is refreshing and provides a pleasant swim. the jacuzzi offers a welcome warm up after a swim. a free shuttle bus transports guests to town.

my spacious room offered luxury features i expected. a large bed ensured restful sleep. a spacious bathroom included twin basins. beauty products were available for guest use.

the hotel is near the town center, around 20 minutes by walk. a taxi ride back to the hotel took only 10 minutes. it allowed for quick trips.

missing air conditioning cold decor
the staff provided great customer service at every interaction, i guess it was acceptable.
The lack of air conditioning as advertised was annoying. the decor felt cold. I wanted a warm lobby and bar area, but the hotel didn't deliver. they opened all the windows early, so i had to wear my coat to breakfast, seriously?

missing air conditioning cold hotel
The hotel claimed to have air conditioning but my room did NOT. decor also lacked warmth. I expected a more inviting lobby and bar area for the cost, but it wasn't COZY. staff opened all the windows early so the hotel was very cold in the morning. i had to wear my coat to breakfast inside.
